Cancellation policy

The Home Subscription has a three-month minimum term. If you cancel during the first three months, you pay the remaining months of the term. After three months, you can pause for up to three months, switch scents or cancel at any time from your account, with no cancellation fee.

The diffuser is on loan until your third monthly payment, and then it’s yours to keep.
