By starting a LUMINAE Home Subscription you agree to the following.
What you receive
A LUMINAE wall mounted diffuser, the mount, your chosen 100ml scent oil, and one fresh 100ml bottle each month after that for as long as your subscription is active. Shipping within Canada is included.
Price and billing
The subscription is $49 CAD per month plus applicable taxes, charged to your payment method on the same date each month beginning on the day you subscribe.
Minimum term
The subscription has a three month minimum term. This means three monthly payments. The diffuser is provided on loan during the minimum term and becomes your property once your third monthly payment is complete.
Cancelling during the minimum term
If you cancel before your third monthly payment, the remaining payments of the minimum term become due immediately and will be charged to your payment method. Once paid, the diffuser is yours to keep. Alternatively, within the first 14 days you may return the diffuser unused in its original packaging for a full refund of your first payment, with return shipping at your cost.
After the minimum term
Your subscription continues month to month. You may pause for up to three months, change your scent, or cancel at any time from your account, with no fee.
Warranty
During your subscription, a diffuser that stops working through normal use will be replaced at no cost. After the minimum term the diffuser carries a twelve month warranty from the date of delivery. Accidental damage, misuse, and use of oils not supplied by LUMINAE are not covered.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes apply to new subscriptions and to existing subscriptions after the minimum term has been completed. We will notify you by email before any change takes effect.
